The Goal of the SNP is: Improved service delivery for the men, women and children of Papua New Guinea. The SNP will contribute to this goal through:
(a) GoPNG initiatives that aim to improve public administration and governance processes related to enhanced service delivery (the PPII);
(b) Directing support to Bougainville and provinces of national interest to both GoPNG and GoA (Special Case Provinces); and
(c) The alignment of AusAID’s ongoing programs in PNG so that they are more responsive to service delivery challenges at the sub-national level
