The AFP is establishing a panel of Organisations which will identify, engage, deploy and manage specialist expertise and provide other forms of specialist support to assist the AFP in the delivery of police capacity building services primarily, though not exclusively, in the Pacific. Personnel provided by Panel members may be required to work as part of a team comprising personnel obtained from other service providers. In all cases, they will be expected to work in a cooperative and efficient manner to achieve the objectives of the development program they are working on. The professional services required have been organised into the following categories (‘Service Groups’). There may be some overlap between categories.
a) Learning and Development Services;
b) Analytical and Research Services; and
c) Advisory Services;
