OzDev: Strongim Pipol Strongim Nesen

 The goal of Strongim Pipol Strongim Nesen (SPSN) is “to enable civil society, together with the state and others, to better meet the needs and priorities of men, women and children in communities across PNG”. SPSN aims to help to achieve the overarching outcome of AusAID’s Democratic Governance Strategy which is “men and women, civil society and the state working together on issues of public interest, shaping policy, allocating resources, and enabling the exercise of rights”. SPSN also aligns with the two principles of the Democratic Governance Strategy, namely to promote partnership between the state and civil society, and to work at as local a level as possible to promote demand from grassroots civil society and sub-national levels of government.
